HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

IS THERE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE ON SUPPLEMENTS?
We guarantee the quality of all of our products. When you order from Welborn Fitness, you are assured that our supplement products are of the highest quality. We ask that you notify us of problems by the next business day after receipt of your order.
In no event will any replacement or refund constitute an admission of any kind by Welborn Fitness. We reserve the right to fully investigate claims that we believe may be unfounded or fraudulent.
You can return your item(s) purchased up to 15 days after the purchase date. Returns may incur a 15% restocking fee to cover label and labor costs associated with producing your product.
All merchandise must be unused and returned in the original packaging. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly. No refunds will be given on merchandise returned 15 days after the original purchase date. Expired products and products expiring in the subsequent 90 days from date of return will not be eligible for a refund.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders ship within 3 business days. Once it has shipped, USPS will generally deliver within 3 to 7 business days to any US address.
International orders via USPS International generally arrive in 10 to 15 business days depending on the country they are shipped to.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track in real time using the given tracking number and company in which is shipping your product.
MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED BUT I'VE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING
USPS sometimes mark something as delivered before it was actually dropped off. If this is the case give it 2 more business days. If you've not received it by then please call us or email us at [email protected]
WHY CAN'T YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Certain countries are embargoed or restricted by the US Government. Others have strict import laws when it comes to supplements.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT TAXES OR DUTIES?
It depends. Some countries are more comprehensive when it comes to collecting duties. Please be prepared as these are your responsibility if they are levied.
* International shipping charges do not include duties. Those are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be collected before delivery.
* In addition if a package is refused due to customs/duties fees and the product returned, any fees charged for shipping to and from your country for the return will be subtracted from any monies due on the return.
WILL YOUR PRODUCTS CLEAR CUSTOMS?
Check your country's list of banned and restricted products to be sure. Each of our products contains a supplement fact panel so you can check the ingredients against their list.
Remember, you are responsible for what you import so please be sure to check it in advance.
